If you enjoy an innovative forward-thinking environment this is for you!1st and 2nd shift opportunities available.1st shift - Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm schedule with OT as needed.2nd shift - Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm schedule with OT as needed.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:• Establish the specifications of articles to be constructed or repaired, and plan the methods and operations for shaping and assembling parts, based on blueprints, drawings, diagrams, or oral or written instructions.• Measure and mark dimensions of parts on paper or lumber stock prior to cutting, following blueprints, to ensure a tight fit and quality product.• Produce and assemble components such as crates.• Trim, sand, and scrape surfaces and joints to prepare articles for finishing.• Verify dimensions, and check the quality and fit of pieces in order to ensure adherence to specifications• Well-organized & detail-oriented• Team Player with a positive can do attitudeSkills and Abilities:• Results oriented go-getter.• Excellent communication and analytical skills, including the ability to process and make recommendations from data in a time effective manner.• Strong listening, interpersonal and collaborative ability.• Highest ethical standards, strong work ethic, highly resourceful and ability to perform effectively in a high-paced, demanding environment.We offer the foundation and building blocks for a great career.
