nThis role will be working on the legal business team focusing on Commercial Mortgage Loan closing and funding.
nnnAct as liaison between borrowers, and internal business stakeholders such as CRE originators, internal legal counsel, asset management departments to facilitate the closing of commercial real estate loans with a focus on the repo/warehouse business

nnCoordinate w/ middle office & origination team to help ensure timely funding on new originations
n
nnNegotiate facility documents and lead fundings on new pledges
n
nnReview loan amendments to confirm alignment with underwriting and credit expectations
n
nnCoordinate w/ origination team and external counsel to commercial mortgage loan documents and supporting schedules including reconciliation w/ approved investment memos
n
nnCoordinate with external counsel after loan closing to ensure fully executed loan documents are received and ensure final recorded documents are received
n
nnEnsure all compliance requirements are met at closing
n
n nQualifications/Requirements
nnnBachelor's degree from a top-tier university and Juris Doctor required
n
nn2 to 5 years of commercial loan closing experience across multiple asset types and capital structures, including loan document review, understanding of loan analytics and funding mechanics and driving the loan closing process
n
nnAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
n
nnStrong analytical, underwriting and critical thinking skills with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and perform in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
n
nnStrong verbal and written communication skills
n
nnHighly organized and detail-oriented
n

nThe annual full time base salary range for this role is
n$160,000.00 - $175,000.00
nSpecific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
