Job description
Denholtz is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations based in Red Bank, NJ to lead operations for a national commercial real estate portfolio. You will manage a team of professionals, driving performance through operational best practices and tenant satisfaction initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in commercial real estate and a strong understanding of property management and budgeting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 to $185,000 with bonus potential.
