Job description
A boutique talent acquisition firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Officer to manage and grow a small lending portfolio in Highland Park, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with commercial banking clients, meeting sales goals, and adhering to loan compliance policies. Ideal candidates should have at least three years of experience in retail bank operations, strong sales and relationship skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a generous salary of up to $115K and a full benefits package.
