Fluid Receiving / HTST OperatorExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fluid Receiving / HTST Operator to join a manufacturing facility in Hyrum, Utah. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of fluid equipment within the Load Out and Receiving areas. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and able to accurately monitor product quality and equipment operations.Schedule & PayGrave Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AMPotential Rotating Schedule:Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, SundayWeek 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday12-hour shifts, approximately 3–4 days per weekStarting wage: $24.73/hourDouble time on SundaysRaises available starting as soon as 90 daysOvertime availableMust be flexible to work weekends and holidaysEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate fluid receiving and load-out equipment safely and efficientlyFollow all applicable GMP, safety, sanitation, and quality assurance proceduresVerify quality control standards, including product composition, temperature, and physical and chemical propertiesPerform routine cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and department areasMaintain accurate documentation and production recordsContinually learn incoming and outgoing products and associated processesMonitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting when issues ariseCommunicate professionally with third-party haulers and driversMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisorKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt to a demanding and continuously changing manufacturing environmentBasic understanding of flow charts and troubleshootingBasic computer skillsAbility to operate testing equipment and accurately document resultsDependable and able to maintain reliable attendanceAbility to follow established safety, quality, and operating proceduresQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to climb ladders, stairs, and step stools frequentlyAbility to push, pull, and lift 50+ lbs.Comfortable working at heights and on truck topsAble to wear required PPE, including bump caps, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, body suits, and other safety equipment provided by the companyReliable transportationMust be able to pass a background check and drug testWhy Join Us?Weekly pay$2,000 sign-on bonus when eligibleWork approximately 15+ days per month while still getting full-time hoursGreat health and dental insurance after 600 hours401(k) with 5% matchVacation pay: 5 days as soon as 90 days, 10 days at 1 year, and 15 days at 5 yearsDouble time on Sundays starting Day 1Raises available starting as soon as 90 daysYear-round job securityOvertime opportunities available
