Job description
We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to guide the development of a line aimed at young adults. This role requires a dynamic leader who can blend creativity with market insight, overseeing the creation and execution of numerous style concepts monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive trend identification and ideation to produce innovative and commercially viable design concepts.
Set creative direction for seasonal collections, including visual presentations and styling guidance.
Lead and mentor a creative team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timelines.
Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to maintain competitive advantage and relevance.
Develop merchandising plans that balance creativity with commercial strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of experience in creative roles within fashion or related industries.
Proven leadership capabilities managing design or creative teams.
Strong understanding of global trends, youth culture, and digital media platforms.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Fashion Design, Marketing, or Trend Forecasting.
