3Search is opening a New York-based studio and seeks a Creative Director to shape its early creative voice. You’ll lead video-led storytelling for high-profile sports, entertainment and culture projects, from concept to delivery, with a hands-on approach.
This hybrid role requires owning ideas, collaborating with filmmakers, editors and designers, and guiding the team through ambitious timelines. You’ll help recruit and define the studio's creative culture as it expands in New York.
