Job description
MSC Cruises USA is seeking a dynamic Creative Director to lead the brand, digital, CRM, social, and experiential creative across the U.S. and Canada.
Based in Miami with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote), you will drive integrated campaigns, elevate brand identity, and champion innovative storytelling. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, oversee budgets and production, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Global teams to align strategy with business priorities.
