Creative Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their enterprise team. In this role, you will be part of the Marketing & Creative Services Department supporting Creative, Brand, Social Media, Production, and Marketing Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

nJob Title: Creative Project Manager

nLocation: Stamford, CT (in office four days per week)

nPay Range: $60 per hour on Experis' W2

nWhat's the Job?

nnnManage social content projects from concept and brief development through production, approvals, and final delivery.

n

nnDevelop and execute social-first content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and audience engagement goals.

n

nnCoordinate cross-functional teams including creative, brand, marketing, media, production, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

n

nnIdentify social trends, cultural opportunities, and emerging platform behaviors to inform content recommendations and planning.

n

nnTrack project progress, manage stakeholder feedback, and use performance insights to continuously optimize content strategies.

n

n nWhat's Needed?

nnn5+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, creative project management, integrated marketing, or a related field.

n

nnExperience working within an in-house creative studio, agency, brand marketing organization, social agency, or content-focused team.

n

nnStrong understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

n

nnDemonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects while balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.

n

nnExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills; experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or Smartsheet is preferred.
