Creative Services Manager
The Role, in brief:
The Creative Services Manager understands the work and team members in detail, with the ability to match the two effectively. Part operations master and part empath, this individual manages the people, processes, and technology needed to bring the Creative department to bear on any client project asked of them.
You are obsessed with getting things done the right way with the right people. You are always on the hunt for new techniques, mediums, and tools, and you believe that if you aren't learning, you're standing still.

Those who succeed in this role have the following qualifications:
Required Experience 3–5 years of experience in a Creative Management, Creative Operations, Resource Management, or similar role. Experience working within an agency environment across digital and traditional work. In-depth knowledge of the creative process, creative briefs, and pitch protocols. Strong understanding of the skills and responsibilities required across creative roles, including designers, art directors, copywriters, and creative directors. Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing freelance creative talent. Ability to establish strong working relationships across departments within an agency. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain an organized workflow while managing multiple priorities, schedules, and staffing needs. A passion for the creative process and the ability to recognize strong, award-worthy work within the industry. Knowledge of industry trends, recent awards, and relevant competitive work.

Schedule and Location:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Remote work available Fridays. This role will be based out of our Denver, CO office.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $72,000 - $85,000/yr. New hires typically start between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications. No other compensation is offered for this position.
