Job description
Lantern is seeking a Director of Creative Strategy to lead Lantern’s Ad Creative Studio, owning strategy, people, and processes for a team of designers and strategists serving multiple health and wellness brands in the country.
You’ll drive creative strategy from briefing through execution and measurement, while building out the creator sourcing and AI-forward workflows to deliver high-quality, scalable paid social and CTV content.
