The Role
We’re hiring a Creator Customer Experience Specialist to help support and elevate the experience creators have across the Devotion ecosystem.
You’ll work at the intersection of creator operations, customer experience, and AI-enabled workflows, helping ensure creators feel supported, informed, and excited to participate in the communities we build.
You’ll work closely with product, operations, and strategy teams to support creator communication, improve workflows, and help scale high-touch creator support through AI systems, internal tooling, and human-in-the-loop automation.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day creator support across email, SMS, social, and other communication channels.
Respond to creator questions, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations with speed, empathy, and attention to detail.
Coordinate gifting logistics and creator follow-ups across multiple brand programs.
Maintain and refine brand tone of voice, ensuring creator communication feels clear, on-brand, and culturally aligned.
QA creator-facing automations and AI-powered workflows for tone, clarity, and accuracy.
Work alongside product and operations to help test and improve internal AI tools powering creator communication and support workflows.
Maintain documentation, FAQs, templates, and internal resources that support efficient creator operations.
Capture creator feedback and surface recurring themes that can help improve product, workflows, and community strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve creator support processes and make high-touch experiences more scalable and efficient.
Who You Are
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer experience, customer support, community management, creator operations, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Familiar with creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, or customer support for consumer-facing brands.
Comfortable using AI tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency and support high-volume creator interactions.
Detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and committed to delivering premium creator experiences.
Highly organized and capable of managing large volumes of communication without sacrificing quality.
Resourceful and comfortable working in an environment where processes and systems are constantly evolving.
Comfortable working US business hours from any location.
