The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a resource in managing administrative functions related to the provider credentialing process utilizing the appropriate database tracking systems.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLECredentialingAccountable for managing the workflow of the provider credentialing process for initial appointments and reappointmentsActs as a liaison between the department, medical staff office, and providerOngoing monitoring of provider applications to ensure desired turnaround times are met utilizing the appropriate database tracking systemsRequests appropriate missing or incomplete information as necessaryRespond to provider, department, and medical staff office written and verbal inquiriesCommunicates about processing questions from provider and/or credentialing contact in addition to BSWH MSS offices and CVS leadership as requiredNotifies all parties of expiring appointments and outstanding applications and ensures timely application submissionSends status and reminder communication to practitioner and departmentKEY SUCCESS FACTORSEthics and ProfessionalismAttention to DetailWritten and Oral CommunicationsResearch and AnalysisInitiative and CommitmentTeamworkTact and DiplomacyRelationship ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong coordination & organizational skillsSkill in personal time managementWe believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION - Associate's Degree or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualificationEXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
