Job description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Credentialed School Nurse to work at a Facility in Hemet, CA. These are registry positions with our company.
nPay Rate: $65 / hour
nJob Responsibilities:
nnnCares for students who are sick or injured
n
nnGives medications and checks student health needs
n
nnPerforms health screenings (vision, hearing, etc.)
n
nnKeeps student health records updated
n
nnTalks with parents and teachers about health issues
n
nnMakes health care plans for students with illnesses
n
nnTeaches students about health and hygiene
n
nnChecks that students have required immunizations
n
nnGives first aid and handles health emergencies
n
nnWorks with doctors and school staff to support student health
n
n nThe requirements are:
nnnMust have Registered Nurse License in the State of California.
n
nnMust hold a School Nurse Services Credential (SNSC) School Nurse Services Credential (SNSC).
n
nnA valid and current CPR card
n
nnExperience n ER, Psychiatric, MS or Clinic
n
nnProficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
