The Job at aGlance
The Credit CollectionsSpecialistwill work as a close partner to our Collections and Customer Service teams. They will review credit worthiness of current and potential customers. They will also review orders to determine any potential risk associated to the fulfillment of the potential order. The ability to evaluate the information available to make an informed decision in a timely manner, collaborate, and adapt, iskey to success in this role!
A Typical Day
Engagewithour valuedcustomersthrough phone calls and emails toevaluate orders and account status.
Work closely with team members to create ways to bring incash and future revenues.
Process credit applications as assigned through daily queue.
Process daily order reviewqueue todetermine if the potential order can be fulfilled.
Manage rejected/returned emailed statements and invoices listing to direct them to the proper location and update customer contact information
Solve problems quickly and create resolutions thatcollect cash fromrevenue on a regular basis.

You have 2+years ofhigh-volumecollectionsand/orcreditexperience.
You have amazing MicrosoftOffice skills!
You pay close attention to detail(as far as you're concerned,anything worth doing should be done right).
You have fantastic communication skills & you're proficient in English(verbal and written).
You have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home.
You have experience withSAPor other ERP software(butif not, no problem!)

The salary range for this role is $44,973.48- $60,693.38annually ($21.62- $29.18hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
