Digital Mail Clerk - Hill & Ponton, P.A. - In Office Orlando

Job Description:
This position is responsible for assisting with the daily handling and processing of incoming and outgoing mail both in electronic and paper format. However, most of the mail handled and submitted is done in digital format.
This job primarily deals with handling critical digital documentation such as legal documents, that are submitted electronically to both clients and government agencies.
This position requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, clear written communication skills, working well with others as well as independently.
This position also requires driving to the Post Office to take outgoing mail to the Post Office on a rotating basis with other mail clerks.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of word processing and strong organizational skills.

Average to better than average computer skills
Innate sense of urgency in time sensitive matters
Ability to work well with others on a team, as well as independently
Valid Driver's License
Required Education: High school diploma or higher
This position is located in Orlando, FL
Salary: $17.00/hour
Benefits after 90 days of employment:
85% of individual employee premiums paid for medical and dental

Job Type: Full-time, 36.50 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Fridays: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Compensation details: 17-17 Hourly Wage
