Job description
A Private Equity is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Credit Operations Associate.
Responsibilities:
Support daily investment and fund operations for an investment management firm.
Assist with operational activities throughout the investment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational matters.
Maintain and review portfolio, fund, and transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with investment reporting, reconciliations, and related operational deliverables.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.
Maintain operational controls, procedures, and supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Experience in credit, loan, fund, or investment management operations.
3–8+ years of relevant experience in credit, loan, fund, or investment management operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and experience coordinating across teams and external partners.
Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
