Credit RepresentativeEssential FunctionsPerform analysis of Dun & Bradstreet credit report profiles to analyst payment trends and overall business viabilityPrepare and present complete credit packages for managementEnsure accurate customer account records by updating customers file with limit changes, terms and all related collection fieldsComplete annual account reviews and limit increases/decreasesMonitor changes in financial reporting from Dun & BradstreetBuild and maintain spreadsheets and dashboard for credit approval tracking and other projectsResponsible to review and release holds due to credit limits and overdue amountsIdentify and communicate root cause for delinquencyComplete weekly reporting for holds and releases to ManagerLight collections to resolve credit releasesAnswer customer and field questions regarding account statusResponsible for inactive customer base documentation and escalation for outside collectionsCommunicate professionally and effectivelyData entryMaintain active follow up on files/pipelineRequired for All JobsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsQualificationsEducationWork ExperienceKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to review credit applications and complete credit investigations to grant credit and establish limits based on thresholdsAbility to navigate and use multiple databasesPhysical DemandsStationary Position Occasionally Move/Traverse Occasionally Stationary Position/Seated Constantly Transport/Lifting Rarely Transport/Carrying Rarely Exerting Force/Pushing Rarely Exerting Force/Pulling Rarely Ascend/Descend Rarely Balancing Rarely Position Self/Stooping Rarely Position Self/Kneeling Rarely Position Self/Crouching Rarely Position Self/Crawling Rarely Reaching Rarely Handling Occasionally Grasping Occasionally Feeling Rarely Communicate/Talking Constantly Communicate/Hearing Constantly Repetitive Motions Frequently Coordination FrequentlySalary range $24.00 to $26.00 per hourThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer that complies with the laws and regulations set forth under EEOC.
