Using state-of-the-art omni-channel communication technology, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to consumers through text, live chat, email, and phone calls at every touch point.The position is full-time, 40 hours per week. After training, start times vary with a ½ day Saturday rotation, once a month.
