Credit RepresentativeThe Credit Representative provides operational, administrative, and reporting support to the Credit Department within an invoice factoring environment. This position works closely with Credit Analysts and Credit leadership to ensure information is accurate, organized, current, and readily available to support effective portfolio monitoring and credit risk management.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. While the primary focus of the position is administrative and reporting support, analytical aptitude and an interest in developing credit and risk management skills are highly valued.This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and supporting a fast-paced team where accuracy and timely information are critical.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCredit Team & Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Credit Analysts and Credit leadership.Assist Credit Analysts with gathering, organizing, and maintaining: client information, debtor information, accounts receivable data, credit-related information.Maintain accurate documentation and departmental records.Assist with routine account maintenance and data updates within applicable systems and tracking tools.Coordinate and track requests, follow-ups, and outstanding action items.Prepare information and supporting materials for recurring: credit reviews, portfolio reviews, debtor reviews, leadership reviews.Document meeting discussions, decisions, and action items as requested.Follow up with appropriate team members to ensure outstanding items are completed in a timely manner.Support Credit leadership with special projects, data requests, research, and departmental initiatives.Key Skills & QualificationsStrong administrative, organizational, and data-management skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Comfortable working with large volumes of data and financial information.Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.Strong follow-up and tracking skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Analytical aptitude and interest in developing credit and risk-management skills.Ability to work effectively with Credit Analysts, leadership, and other internal stakeholders.Experience with credit, collections, accounts receivable, invoicing, factoring, banking, finance, or financial services is beneficial.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
