Job description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Market Credit Administrator – Lending Authority Management to strengthen lending authority bench strength through assessment and targeted development. You will partner with Credit Risk Management and Quality Management to ensure authority is earned, maintained, and applied in line with risk appetite.
The role supports coverage during volume surges and coaching underwriters through increased complexity and authority progression, with a focus on risk-aware decision making.
