Work with both internal and external auditors to ensure that audits progress smoothly and any issues raised are resolved promptly. Support any ad hoc projects assigned

Maintain strong credit and operational discipline by ensuring that trades are properly booked and recorded, covenants and conditions are monitored on time, credit terms are documented accurately, and risk-reporting systems contain complete, timely, and accurate information

How You’ll Lead

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to colleagues at different levels of seniority, strengthening the team’s commercial real estate expertise and supporting continued professional growth

Set clear objectives and strategic priorities for yourself and assigned resources, ensuring alignment with departmental and bank-wide goals

Drive continuous improvement in processes, analytics, and reporting capabilities

Skills You’ll Need

Extensive relevant experience in commercial real estate, including recourse analysis, together with strong analytical skills and experience in corporate credit risk assessment

Understanding of a broad range of Wealth Management investment, lending, and derivative products

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, decision-ready credit reports

An open mindset and respect for constructive challenge and differing stakeholder perspectives

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Skills That Will Help You Excel

Strong analytical judgment and the ability to make independent decisions, explain the supporting rationale, and defend conclusions when challenged

Team-oriented, flexible, and self‑motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work

Ability to work effectively across cultures and personal styles, build strong partnerships with a range of stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality work under pressure and within deadlines

Preferred qualification: a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, finance, or a related field; an MBA is also valued

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
