Job Summary:

The S.O.A.R. Credit Trainee Program is a structured development opportunity for recent college graduates looking to build a career in credit. Trainees gain hands-on experience in credit operations, customer accounts, financial processes, and credit decision-making while working alongside teams across the business. Through coaching, mentorship, and real-world experience, participants build the skills and business knowledge needed to grow within the credit organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and support day-to-day credit operations and customer account management.

Review account activity, payment history, and credit information to support credit decisions.

Assist with collections, account discrepancies, and customer credit-related questions.

Develop knowledge of financial information, risk assessment, and credit policies.

Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand how Credit supports the business.

Participate in rotational learning, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.

Take on increasing responsibility as knowledge and experience develop.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or expected degree completion prior to program start.

Interest in a career in credit, finance, business, or management.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with numbers and learning financial concepts.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Collaborative, customer-focused, and willing to learn.

Demonstrated initiative and interest in professional growth.
