Crew Leader - Directional Drill CrewThis position is responsible for leading a directional drilling crew and ensuring the successful completion of directional drilling projects. The crew leader will oversee all aspects of the drilling operation, including planning, execution, and safety compliance.Key responsibilities include:Supervising and coordinating the directional drilling crewEnsuring adherence to safety protocols and regulationsManaging drilling equipment and suppliesMonitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to drilling plansReporting to senior management on project status and any issues encounteredRequirements:Proven experience as a directional drill crew leaderStrong knowledge of directional drilling techniques and equipmentExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
