Get trained on proven systems that are backed by the support of a growing franchise.Job DescriptionThe Crew Leader's role is to direct, oversee and participate in the daily work of the engaged project with their installers. They will report directly to the Regional Install Manager, and serve as the on-site liaison between management, customers and the installers. The Crew Leader must provide clear and concise direction for their crew, while setting the standard example of brand standards and conduct. They must be knowledgeable of the installation process as well as all equipment required for each project. The Crew Leader should have excellent leadership and communication skills in order to effectively lead their crew on each project.Physical DemandsMay be on your feet for long periods of timeOccasional lifting of materials up to 75+ poundsAbility to move in awkward/tight positionsOccasional exposure to epoxy and other potentially hazardous materialsBasic DutiesProvide direction to installersAssess and procure all equipment and materials for installProvide clear communication with all customers as to what to expect during the install processParticipate in employee training with managementEnsure all employees are working in a safe environment and using proper safety practicesDrive vehicles as neededEnsure all company property, including tools and materials, are always secureMeasure and mix materials per instructions necessary for jobEnsure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely, and turned into managementEnsure vehicle and/or trailer are always clean and orderlyRestock and prep vehicle for the next workdayCommunicate all issues regarding broken equipment, customer and employee relations, material and any other concerns to managementOther reasonable duties per management's requestCompany Policy / Procedure ComplianceFollow all company policies and procedures as well as all local, state/provincial and federal lawsFollow all company safety proceduresThe company does not tolerate sexual or other unlawful discriminatory actions, gestures, harassment or statementsAny of these behaviors are subject to personnel action up to and including immediate termination and are to be reported to management immediatelyMaintain confidentiality of company records and information at all timesWear purple t-shirts on Friday the 13thShared Duties, Spaces and ResponsibilitiesAll employees are responsible for the following:Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with their experienceAnswering the phone and responding to inquiriesEnsuring all equipment is in working order and reporting issues to managementProviding basic assistance and minor first aid (e.g., if a customer or coworker asks for a bandage)Ensuring that the facility is clean at all timesBenefits/PerksHighly competitive compensationYearly conference with all travel expenses covered"Great place to work -- All for one and one for all!"Compensation: $20.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
