They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.What does a shift look like at Chick-fil-A as a Crew Member?As a crew member cook at Chick-fil-A, your day begins with a fresh chef coat. You will begin your shift by setting up kitchen stations with fresh ingredients. You'll prepare iconic items like Chicken Sandwiches and Waffle Fries, ensuring quality and speed during fast-paced breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours.
