Pay = $16/hr

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and order placement
Prepare and assemble food items according to Runza's quality standards and recipes
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently following health and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance guest experience
Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Requirements Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
