BURGER KING
n
CREW MEMBER - JOIN A WINNING CULTURE
n
Bring the energy. Serve with pride. Grow with us.
nWe are not just hiring people to fill a schedule. We are building a team of people who want to
WIN - for our guests, for each other, and for themselves.
n
• WHO WE ARE
Our restaurants are built around a simple standard: customer first, positive attitude, clean restaurants,
great food, speed, teamwork, and accountability. We treat people with respect, we help each other get
better, and we take pride in doing things the right way - even when nobody is watching.
n WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Welcome every guest with genuine energy - including a strong "Welcome to Burger King!"
• Prepare fresh, hot, accurate food and build every order with pride.
• Keep the restaurant, kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and outside areas clean and guest-ready.
• Work with urgency while protecting food safety, quality, and accuracy.
• Support your teammates during busy periods instead of waiting to be asked.
• Learn multiple positions and continue building your skills.
• Follow restaurant procedures, uniform standards, safety rules, and manager direction.
• THE CULTURE WE EXPECT
• CUSTOMER FIRST - Every guest matters. Make them feel welcome and appreciated.
• POSITIVE & RESPECTFUL - No drama, disrespect, bullying, or negative attitudes running the shift.
• ACCOUNTABILITY - Be on time, be ready, own mistakes, fix them, and learn from them.
• TEAMWORK - We win together. Strong teammates help the person beside them.
• CLEAN & READY - If you see it, own it. Never walk past a problem.
• PRIDE IN THE CROWN - Serve food and deliver service you would be proud to give your own family.
• GROWTH MINDSET - Crew members can become trainers, shift leaders, assistant managers, and future
restaurant leaders.
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Dependable people who show up ready to work.
• Friendly personalities with strong communication and a willingness to learn.
• People who can move with urgency in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Team players who can accept coaching and use feedback to improve.
• People who want more than a paycheck - they want an opportunity to grow.
n
WHY JOIN OUR TEAM? • A team-first environment focused on respect, recognition, and development.
• Hands-on training and opportunities to learn multiple restaurant positions.
• Leadership development and advancement opportunities for strong performers.
• Flexible scheduling based on restaurant needs and availability.
• A chance to be part of a restaurant culture that expects excellence and celebrates wins.
OUR STANDARD
n
Come ready to WORK. Come ready to LEARN. Come ready to SERVE.

If you want to be part of a team that is building something better, we want to meet you.
