Job description
A state judicial agency in New York is seeking a Trial Court Staff Attorney to conduct legal research, provide legal advice, and draft orders for circuit judges. The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree and be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar. Responsibilities include managing complex legal issues within criminal law, particularly postconviction matters, and assisting with trial prep. This position allows up to two days of telework per week.
