Job description
Connections Health Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess consumers and document Triage, Behavioral Health, Physical Health, and Substance Abuse issues. You will work within a Multidisciplinary Clinical team to plan and deliver patient-centered care.
You will educate patients and families on psychiatric diagnosis, treatments, and health literacy while maintaining safety and de-escalation. Expect shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package in Kirkland, WA.
