Crisis Clinician or Clinical Trainee (On-call)

Salary
Crisis Response Rates:
Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates:
$300 per completed telehealth assessment
$400 per completed face to face assessment
Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate : $7.25/hour
Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate : $8.10/hour
Mobile Crisis On-call Consult : $35/hour
Meetings and Trainings : $20/hour

Position Summary
This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after-hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.
Location
In-home/hybrid Scott County - Shakopee
Schedule
On-call times: Monday - Friday 5pm - 8am next morning, weekends and holidays.
No assigned shifts, pick up model
Minimum Qualifications
Clinician Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure
Clinical Trainee Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure
Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.
Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth
