As a Crisis Intervention Professional (CIP), you will assist the people we support to achieve their goals based on their individual preferences and abilities at home, work and in the community.
Ensure that individuals supported are treated with respect and dignity
Interacts in a polite, honest, positive and professional manner
Supports people in activities of their own choosing at home and in the community
Physical intervention (Safety Skills) designed to assist individuals who lose self-control to regain control
Participate in regular training and evaluation of effective intervention techniques
