Hill Country MHDD Centers seeks an experienced Director of Crisis Residential Services to oversee a designated crisis facility in Texas. You will ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and guide daily operations 24/7/365.
Responsibilities include policy development, staff training, quality improvement, contract oversight, and collaboration with the nursing and contracts teams to maintain safety and high care standards.
