Job description
The Well in Kentucky seeks an Emergency Community Support Provider to respond quickly to crisis with urgent, compassionate, and effective support while upholding our core values.
The role requires resourcefulness, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse clients and teams. You will conduct intake, coordinate referrals, maintain confidentiality under 42 CFR and HIPAA, and support clients toward stabilization and recovery.
