Job description
Northwell Health in Manhattan is seeking an Emergency Telepsychiatrist to provide psychiatry consultations to ED patients via two-way video across 17 hospitals. The program has performed over 40,000 consults since inception, reducing ED wait times and ensuring crisis care.” The telepsychiatry team includes board-certified psychiatrists, social workers, mental health counselors, and administrative staff.
