About the Job
Crisis Therapist
We're hiring a Crisis Therapist to provide emergency behavioral health services in office and community settings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Crisis evaluations, intake assessments, crisis intervention for clients of all ages, and care coordination with hospitals and community agencies.
SCHEDULE & BENEFITS:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with no traditional on-call rotation listed.
Salary starts at $74,109+.
Clinical supervision, interdisciplinary team support, annual merit increases, and EMR documentation and administrative support.
401(k) with up to 5% employer match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance and AD&D, short- and long-term disability.
24 PTO days in year one, increasing to 27 days in year two and 33 days in year five.
13 paid holidays, covered continuing education, Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Active license: LMFT, LCMFT, LMLP, LCP, LP, LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LSCSW.
Experience or ability to provide crisis intervention to clients of all ages.
Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
