Job description
Role Overview: An experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) responsible for delivering patient care, collaborating with physicians, nurse-navigators, and staff in inpatient and ambulatory settings. The role involves providing guidance on critical care procedures and acting as a resource within the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assigned duties in compliance with health system policies and standards of conduct.
Support patient services through teamwork and clinical expertise.
Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
Assist in acute care, particularly in ICU settings.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure quality care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in critical care procedures and acute care settings.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of healthcare policies and professional standards.
Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, support clinical decision-making, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering high-quality care. The role involves working various shifts, including days and nights, to meet patient needs.
