Job description
Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking a Clinical Charge Nurse to identify patient care priorities, plan and delegate nursing tasks, and oversee timely execution of physician orders in a fast-paced ICU/critical care environment.
You will evaluate patient responses and coordinate care with multiple disciplines, ensuring safe, effective outcomes while supporting staff in prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs.
