Job description
HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, seeks an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist focused on critical care to coordinate and maintain clinical pharmacy services across trauma, medical, neuro, and cardiovascular ICUs. You will participate in daily rounds, tailor regimens to organ function, monitor safety, promote stewardship, and help develop ICU protocols.
Education and transitions of care are included. Florida licensure and PharmD with 3–5 years CC experience are preferred.
