Job description
UofL Health, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Critical Care to advance pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes.
You will participate in multidisciplinary rounds, perform medication order reviews, and provide dosing and drug information expertise to the care team. Required is a PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school, with PGY-2 residency and several years of specialty experience, or equivalent combined credentials.
