Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Critical Care. This full-time role focuses on antimicrobial stewardship, optimizing therapy, drug information, and collaborative patient care in a high-acuity environment.
The position requires a BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), Indiana licensure, and hospital experience with ASHP residency preferred. Sign-on up to $40,000 is available for experienced external applicants.
