About This Role
The Critical Care Float Pool Nurse at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is responsible for providing patient care across various units during night shifts. This role is ideal for nurses looking to enhance their skills by working with diverse patient populations.

Pay: $41 - $100/hour
Location: Jamaica Plain, MA
Facility: Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc.
Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients.
Manage patients by assuming full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Float among all units to provide care where needed.
Demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.
Assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model.
Requirements
Education: BSN required
Experience: 1-2 years ICU experience required
ED experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required
Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred
