Role:
Critical Care Float Pool RN
Responsibilities:
Provide expert, patient-centered care across ICU, ED, and step-down units; assess and monitor acutely ill patients; administer medications and therapies; respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; utilize advanced technology and evidence-based practices to manage complex cases.
