Job description

Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 3 months within the last 6 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• 3 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required with any experience within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar-sized facility.
Special Requests: Minimal RTO.
Shift & Scheduling: No call.
Floating Requirements: This position will float to all critical care floors, the ER and ER hold (if actual ER patients are assigned, assignments will be limited), plus MTC/Step-Down/PACU for holds if needed.
14 days maximum time off
