Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Diploma completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Nursing Diploma or ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing.
Preferred Credentials: BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing.
Special Requests: Block weekend schedule is available.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend is required. Every other holiday is required.
Floating Requirements: The float team covers all ICU units depending on need, including Surgical, Neuro, Medicine, Cardiac, Cardiovascular and Burn Center. Nurses may also float to stepdown units as needed.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
