Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 22 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: IV start, telemetry, and ventilator management experience are required. Teaching hospital experience is required.
Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Special Requests: WMC monthly parking permit costs $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days. WB annual parking permit costs $196.20/year, paid upfront, and includes shuttle service. CXS annual parking permit costs $393.96/year, paid upfront.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Cares for kidney, liver, lung, and heart transplant patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend day shifts plus 1 shift during the week.
Floating Requirements: Floats to ICUs throughout the Ohio State system based on staffing and patient acuity, including Neuro ICU, surgical ICUs, medical ICUs (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU. Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. May float throughout the organization if there is no need in Critical Care.
14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
