Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 24 months (2 years).
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year Emergency Department, ICU and Med Surg experience.
Shift & Scheduling: Must be willing to adjust schedule to meet unit needs. Must work required weekends and holidays.
Floating Requirements: Float to ER, Med Surg, and ICU as assigned.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
