Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Experience: • 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. • 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years). • Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. • Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. • Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. • Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Additional Details: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Required Skills/Experience: Prior floating experience is required (float pool shifts, other facilities, and/or floating to other floors/units). Preferred Skills/Experience: High-acuity experience preferred. Required Credentials: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Unit Details: Patient assignments are 1-2 depending on acuity; 1-3 may apply if the acuity of the assignment is lower and/or there are transfer orders. Common patient types include medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac patients. RNs titrate drips. Common titratable or set-rate drips include Epi, Norepi, Dobutamine, Propofol, Esmolol, Hydromorphone, Midazolam, and CIS. Equipment includes vents, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, and CPAP. RNs read telemetry strips on Philips monitors. The charge RN creates assignments at , and RNs choose assignments. Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling is available. 3 weekend shifts per schedule are required. Holiday work is required. No call. Floating Requirements: Floating includes Critical Care Unit, Observation, Med Surg, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Short Stay Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry, and Progressive Care. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
