Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. • 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred. • Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a California license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. • Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: Minimum every other weekend, may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs. Must be open to working 3/5 major holidays. No call. Floating Requirements: The clinician may be floated to different ICU floors or to lower-acuity units, including the Tele floor, for up to 100% of shifts. The clinician may be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
