Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Special Requests: These needs are specifically for winter coverage for one 10 week contract only. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Shift & Scheduling: Must start by 12/18/2026. 3x12 or 4x12s. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Travelers will float between 2 campuses (5 ICU specialties) Yale New Haven Hospital and the Saint Raphael campus
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
